Odysseia Bronwyn
"Wrathful Lily; dark and pure."
Alignment: Lawfully Good. Known as the "Saintly" or "Crusader" alignment. A Lawful Good character typically acts with compassion, and always with honor and a sense of duty. Lawful Good characters, especially paladins, may sometimes find themselves faced with the dilemma of whether to obey law or good when the two conflict—for example, upholding a sworn oath when it would lead innocents to come to harm—or conflicts between two orders, such as between their religious law and the law of the local ruler.
Appearance:
Skin- Fair, soft skin with Alopecia from the neck down. It emits a faint glow or turns steel by choice.

Common Expressions- Placid stares with less blinking. Hard gazes that intimidate or scorch. Smiling is rare; soft and faint.
Voice- Low, calm, clear. Otherwise in a role of authority she can carry a booming voice like her Deva mother heritage.
Extra- Dark tinted feathered wings with a Draconic skin base (summoned at will), a natural flower scent (aasimar heritage), a sweet taste (aasimar heritage), and her shadow always casts the silhouette of feathered wings whether they are out or not.

Bio: Odysseia was the result of an unholy conception between a black dragon bloodlined man and a Movanic deva angel. This consummation was by force as he devised a scandal to expand his heritage. Her father had the twisted idea of using his daughter for his grand plan for an underground procreation of the black dragon bloodline. She was to serve as the main vassal of their reproduction since she would be the most genetically potent as the first of the line. The man was also hellbent on keeping the blood ties with specimens that were rare; for he would also gain the more favor in the eyes of his goddess, Lamashtu, by corrupting and defiling the bloodline of the angel race.
However, not long after Odysseia's birth on the day of her baptism, her mother would be sure not to let her father carry out his heinously destructive hate crimes upon the angelkin race, let alone her very own child. Her cries could be heard from her origin in the astral realm. A rescue would take place, but there were some losses concerning the baptism ritual had been completed by the time they arrived, and her father Zorn had gotten away. However, the effects of this ritual would not become apparent until later in Odysseia's life. The whereabouts of her mother would also be a mystery to all, but one; the Archon angel that lead the party and rescued her. In the meantime, Odysseia was taken to the nearest temple of Iomedae, who was the kindred deity of Sarenrae and whom her mother served. She would be raised under this deity's care, in additional aspirations of her becoming a temple guardian or a war master some day.
Odysseia reached nearly 60 years of draconic age when her body began it's unannounced awakening of womanhood. The change was very sudden, starting with a strange symbol that surfaced on her skin, followed by a phenomenal growth spurt. This change also affected her negatively in the way that her mind became fragile enough to make her no longer fit to train as a paladin. She was prone to bouts of serious aggression or hostility, and while this new found prowess was fascinating to behold on the battlefield, the temple clergy knew that it wouldn't be long before the sins of her father would chance to rekindle through her rage.
Furthermore, her awakening triggered the event of their temple being attacked by an unknown group of robed figures that seemingly wanted to obtain Odysseia, even if by force. It was then that the high priest decided it was time to explain to Odysseia of her heritage and origin. Up until this point, she had never even questioned it because whoever she was, the church had accepted her and so it didn't seem to matter from whence she came. Although now... After learning about the blood of the black dragon coursing through her veins and tainting her Aasimar heritage, she became disgusted with herself.
The following day, Odysseia would ultimately decide that everyone in the temple would no longer be safe as long as she was still living within its walls. She also begrudgingly knew that she was not strong enough to take on the cult without the training and knowledge necessary to be prepared for her personal vendetta. With her damaged pride and a bitter heart, she would need to make a new start elsewhere. The temple made the suggestion that she could take up new orders to work her way up by embark on quests for ridding bandits, cults, and other evil present until she could finally hone her skills to venture into the demon's enemy lines at Deaths Door. That is where she could truly make good use of her skills and emerging bloodline powers.
Her first stop was ______, where she could search for a party to tribute her protection to the community. There was even another branch temple of Iomedae that she would be able to commune at. Although Odysseia scoffed at the idea of working with other people; especially those not trained in the art of war she was, and fondly so. However, these orders seemed to be the only option she was being given, and since it was by the high priest of her temple she believed that they were truly looking out for her best interest. So Odysseia would depart them, boarding a ship to ________, eagerly waiting for her path to unfold as she began her journey, and for the first time, she was on her own. It was both liberating and unnerving. What opportunities would arise? What more could she learn about herself and her family tree? Only time would tell. For now, it was sun on her skin, the cool wind in her hair, the sway of the ship, and the smell of the briny sea. Perhaps the world for a moment would just let her be.
